I fell in love with Matilijas years ago when I saw them growing wild in a park. It is rare to see them cultivated. Fortunately, these grow in a garden in our area. I look forward to seeing them upon our return to Santa Rosa each spring. I used two different techniques In Matilijas I and Matilijas II to try to capture these delightful beauties.
